一、協(xié)議內(nèi)容Content

本著互利互惠的原則，甲乙雙方經(jīng)友好協(xié)商就進口貨物的運輸事宜達成以下協(xié)議：Withtheprinciplesofmutualbenefit，thetwopartieswillmakeanagreementonimporttransportasfollowing:

1．由甲方委托乙方辦理香港進口貨物運輸業(yè)務(wù)，甲方承諾委托之貨物為合法產(chǎn)品；Thefirst

2．甲方委托給乙方的貨物必須真實申報貨物品名、數(shù)量、價值、用途等產(chǎn)品，資料必須以

書面形式委托給乙方，如因甲方申報不符所造成的所有責任由甲方負責；Thefirstpartymustprovidethethesecondpartywiththerealinformationofproduct’sname,number,value,purpose.allofthisinformationmustberepresentedtothesecondpartyinawrittenform,asaresultofdiscrepanciescausedbythefirstpartydeclaration,thefirstpartywillberesponsibleforallliability.

3．為確保正常報關(guān)和辦理通關(guān)手續(xù)，乙方有權(quán)對進口運輸?shù)呢浳镞M行開箱查檢。Toensuretheregularprocedureofdeclaring,thesecondpartyhasrighttoopentheboxandcheckthegoods.

4．甲方承諾委托之貨物不能夾帶易燃、易爆物品及國家規(guī)定禁止進口之物品；

5．甲方托運內(nèi)容要求更改或取消時，必須書面形式通知乙方，在與乙方操作人員確認可以

退件或終止運輸方可取消訂單；Beforecheckingthecontent,changingorcancelingthetranspotationterms,thefirstpartymustnotifythesecondpartyinwrittenform.Changescanbemadeonlywiththeagreementofthesecomdparty.

6．如是因戰(zhàn)爭.臺風(fēng).地震等人力不可抗拒的自然災(zāi)害所產(chǎn)生的貨物丟失不予賠償給甲方外；由于其它任何原因或情況產(chǎn)生的貨物損壞和丟失，乙方應(yīng)在損失產(chǎn)生后5天內(nèi)以全額現(xiàn)金方

式賠償給甲方。Iftheproductsarelostbecauseofthewar,typhoon.earthquakesandotherhumanirresistiblenaturaldisasters,thesecondpartywillnevertakeresponsibility.Duetootherreasonsorcircumstancesarisingfromanydamageandlossofgoods,theywillpay100%compensationforthelossin5daystothefirstparty.

7．甲方索賠需乙方通知甲方貨物丟失之日起15日內(nèi)提出，過期視甲方放棄賠償；

二、付款方式payment

1．運輸費用Transpotationexpenses（人民幣RMB：￥17/KG計價；提貨費deliveryfee:220元/票，如無需提貨，則不用付提貨費~如果是發(fā)從國外直接發(fā)快遞到香港公司，要收取

一個200元RMB關(guān)稅/票Ifnodelivery,nopayment~iftheproductsaresentfromforeigncountrytoHongKongdirectly,youwillpaytariffof200RMB

此運輸費用為全包價格,不可產(chǎn)生其他任何額外費用.Thispricecontainsallthetransportexpenses,maynotproduceanyextracharges預(yù)算到達時間需要3天左右。Deliverytime–3days.

費用支付時間chargefortime：貨到付款cashondelivery

3．甲、乙雙方欲終止本協(xié)議，應(yīng)正式書面通知對方業(yè)務(wù)部，待確認后協(xié)議終止；

三、協(xié)議修改agreementmodification

本協(xié)議可經(jīng)雙方書面確認通知另一方修改內(nèi)容，經(jīng)雙方共同簽字確認后以簽字日期為

準立即生效，任何修改或補充內(nèi)容雙方未簽字確認前仍按原協(xié)議內(nèi)容執(zhí)行。Thisagreementcanbemodifiedandbecomeeffectiveonlywhenbothpartiesmakeanagreementaboutthecontent.

四、法律與仲裁lawandarbitration

如雙方產(chǎn)生法律糾紛并經(jīng)協(xié)商無法達成一致，雙方同意委托當?shù)胤ㄔ赫{(diào)解，仲裁或訴訟解決。Ifbothsidescannotproducelegaldisputesandcannotreachagreementbynegotiation,bothsidesagreetocommissionalocalcourtmediation,arbitrationorlitigationtoresolve.

五、協(xié)議生效agreement

1．本協(xié)議自雙方簽訂日起生效，一單一簽，有效期至甲方收貨后7日內(nèi)確認無異議則自動終止，否則自動順延；ThisAgreementshalltakeeffectfromthedatecontractissignedbybothparties,asinglesign,validuntil7daysafterreceivingconfirmationpartywithoutobjectionwillautomaticallyterminate,orautomaticallyextended.

2．在協(xié)議執(zhí)行過程中，如雙方有何異議，雙方應(yīng)以友好協(xié)商的方法解決。如任何一方要終止協(xié)議應(yīng)提前一個月以書面形式通知對方。任何一方須履行協(xié)議中未盡事宜并負相應(yīng)責任。Ifanydifferentopinionsduringtheexecutionoftheagreement,bothsidesshouldusefriendlyconsultationswaytoreachtheaggrement.Ifanypartywantstoterminatetheagreement,thereshouldbeawrittennoticefromonepartytoanotheronemonthinadvance.Implementationoftheagreementbyeitherpartytobeheldintheoutstandingissuesandthecorrespondingresponsibility.
